Return & Refund Policy

  • Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the ordered date.
  • We support order cancellation before shipping.
  • We accept non-defective remorse returns but will not provide a prepaid shipping label. And you need to pay for the repacking & restocking fees 30% of order price.
  • If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.
  • We can offer warranties to retailers in 30 days after the purchase of goods.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

If the package has not been updated for 10 days or no tracking info for 7 days(hot sale season excluded) after we ship it, You should seek the opinion of your customer, whether they would like to wait or cancel, Meanwhile, Please get in touch with us immediately, We will try to ask shipping company to deliver faster if your customer willing to wait, And if your customer choose to cancel the order, We will ask them to cancel the shipment, And after the package return to our warehouse, we will get the full refund to you.

Destroyed in transit

In the unlikely event your item arrives to you damaged, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us. We will work with the shipping company. Alternatively, A refund can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

If the package returned to us by shipping company directly, Not refused by customer, Not recalled by us, We will check the package in our warehouse, once we found the returned package, we will process the refund or send a new replacement.

Delivered but not received

If the package is already delivered, Customer need to contact shipping company to see where they placed the package. Please cliam the shipping company if the customer can evidence that the package is missing or the shipping company didn’t deliver.
